For best results thaw Pork Roast overnight in refrigerator before roasting.
1) Preheat oven to 400
2) Remove roast from cryovac bag and place on cooking rack with roasting pan beneath it .
3) Fill bottom of pan with 3/4" of water
4) Place roast in oven
5) Midway through suggested cooking time rotate and cover pork roast.
Cooking time for 6lb. roast 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Internal temp of roast should reach 160 degrees.
